Now for today's fun task - I'm sure many of you have done these tons of times but I find it interesting how the brain registers the image:
Following these instructions:
1. Relax and focus on the four small dots in the middle of the picture — about one 60 seconds.
2. Then, look at a white wall near you.
3. You will see a circle of light emerge.
4. Blink your eyes a few times and focus on the person who begins to emerge.
5. Who is it?

my eyes are so shot from staring at the computer screen all day - this is def not working on me right now. ugh - think i have to switch to glasses.
